Pros

The company works towards being entrepreneurial. This has allowed the company to take calculated risks and non-conventional approaches to grow the company. The smaller size of the company enables Lionsgate to make decisions quicker and execute. The company has driven people and good people. If you are on a good team you receive good mentoring and have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and grow professionally. Lots of good people who care and do their best to lift the company up.

Cons

The small size of the company does mean that the pay-scale is lower than at the major studios. Sometimes you may feel under-appreciated but that is dependent on the team. If your supervisor is not strong, your professional growth could be limited.

Pros

I was happy to be working with so many experienced people in the industry. I learned a lot during my tenure at the company.

Cons

I wasn't at the company long enough, but it seems to be a challenge to move up the ranks quickly.
