Pros

We have good people who are passionate in their work. We work hard to achieve a common goal to help the company excel. 2012 looks to be a positive year after a few hard years.

Cons

We are smaller than the majors so salary will be less than the major studios. Until recently the company was subject to pressure from a large shareholder.

Senior man agent gave and monitored responsibilities. Ask and you shall receive. If you are lazy you will get by but go-getters will strive in this environment.

Cons

Underpaid, title promotions are hard to one by, communication between departments sometimes struggle, cliquey, too many executives, office is a little drab

Wonderful location. If you get in a good department with good people you will enjoy yourself for a while.

Cons

Capitalism at it's finest. Upper management doesn't care about anything but themselves. They are constantly giving each other praises and bonuses while pay raises and promotions take years to get through the pipeline
