Pros

Not a lot of pros. Learned how not to run a business / treat people

Cons

The benefits made no sense, not a lot of help for entry-level employees. The food options around the building were very overpriced. The culture is horrible, a lot of complaints of toxicity in different departments and HR was known to offer a lot of settlements to brush them under the rug.

- A lot of hands on experience -Willing to hire people even if they don't have tons of prior experience -Opportunity to learn a lot outside of job duties -Hired someone to lead diversity and inclusion efforts

Cons

-awful pay -don't promote from within (usually bring in outside people first) -internal mobility isn't great
