Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere with innovative ideas encouraged. Great benefits package.

Cons

Constant company re-organization causes employees to feel their positions are always in danger of being eliminated. Managers encourage staff to be competitive rather than collaborative. Managers compete with each other and often have different agendas, which pulls their staff into the line of fire from their political maneuvering. High staff turnover. Salary is less then competitors so it is difficult for them to attract and retain top talent. Company is not big enough to compete against corporate conglomerates like Disney and Amazon. Employees are often given title promotions instead of salary raises and required to take on more responsibility for the same pay or a minimal increase.
