Friendly and laid back atmosphere. Great learning opportunities. The internship program has been thoughtfully created to allow interns to gain insights from top level management through "lunch and learn" meetings. High industry exposure.

Cons

Very strict on cross department work, you do not have the opportunity to learn about other departments. Pay is terrible compared to other studios for interns as well as other positions.

We will be communicating the results of the Employee Survey in the new year to all employees and setting up focus groups to garner additional feedback. We want to hear employees comments and suggestions to make Lionsgate a great place to work. Also, please remember we have a Suggestion Award program which is open to all employees and elicits suggestions (and provides rewards) for workplace, cost-savings and innovation suggestions. As far as salaries, we are continuously reviewing them and making adjustments as needed based on market conditions and our overall total rewards strategy (which includes our free HMO insurance plan, bonuses, company stock for all employees, etc.) Ross
