Pros

Employee programs, easy to get promoted

Cons

The salaries are very low, which is why they have 20 year olds running the departments.

Pros

Location, benefits, movies, television, swag

Cons

In my case, one very bad machiavellian apple was allowed to spoil the bunch. HR and management looked the other way while toxic behaviors persisted and were rewarded. If you have a disability, stay away from this company as you will not be protected from harrassment and bullying. If you try to assert your rights, your days are numbered.
