Pros

Super nice people, flexibility and lots of opportunities to pitch new ideas.

Cons

CEO is old school and out of touch. Pay is behind the curve, especially for more junior positions. No company goals, no real direction from the top.

Pros

There are no pros to work here

Cons

No upward mobility, low pay, and incompetent people leaders who don't know what they're doing. You won't learn much here and if you can find a job elsewhere, do it. This company is behind the time and can't compete with other studios.
