Pros

Not a lot of bureaucracy or red tape, so progress is allowed to be made quickly. Nice people. Exposure to many business teams and processes makes is a good place to learn.

Cons

Teams are understaffed and underpaid. Burnout is an issue. C-Suite compensated very well.
