Great for getting foot into the entertainment industry

Cons

The business strategy and planning group under Jen Hollingsworth and Joe Drake is the most political group I have ever worked for. Management constantly gaslights your concerns and any attempts to escalate risks deducts your goodwill with the team. The pay is also very low - even for entertainment. Avoid this company (and team specifically) if you can.
