Pros

Not a lot of pros. Learned how not to run a business / treat people

Cons

The benefits made no sense, not a lot of help for entry-level employees. The food options around the building were very overpriced. The culture is horrible, a lot of complaints of toxicity in different departments and HR was known to offer a lot of settlements to brush them under the rug.

Pros

They come out with cool content

Cons

Worst pay industry wide - not even competitive, talk about diversity and inclusion but can't even pay those people enough money to join the company, very top down does not focus on low level personnel at all, no growth opportunities
