Pros

Great people and a variety of projects to work on. The company is always trying new things, new types or projects and new distribution strategies

Cons

Long hours and not enough staff for the growing workload. Also, as with many studios, constantly being expected to do more with less money

Pros

Good franchises and television work. There are good people at the bottom and in many areas of lionsgate too though senior management spoils it for the rest.

Cons

The Trickle down management style only works when your CEO is a good person, which he isn't

Pros

The money I made was good (but I only made so much because so many hours were done in overtime).

Cons

Overworked Overstressed Poor working environment No work-life balance, your work is your life there (even when you're sleeping at home you'll be getting messages) Seriously, can't unrecommend this place enough.
