Maybe the free lunch or perks like working premieres?

Pros

-Friendly employees -Good jumping-off point to work at a real entertainment company

Cons

-Underpaid employees at all levels -Slow to promote -Horrible HR management -Horrible IT support -Massive layoff (15% of the company) with little warning -Random "restructurings" that made it impossible to keep up with ever-changing report structures -Quality work went unrecognized by all senior management -Promotions and job security based solely on favoritism. Employees were kept based on how long management knew them and not based on their performance
