Pros

Great place to learn, work with multiple departments, and explore the world of entertainment.

Cons

The company is facing drastic organizational changes. Be flexible and prepared to either move around internally or explore other opportunities at the same time.

Pros

Lionsgate is full of talented and passionate individuals. The business has a very entrepreneurial feel about it and you still get a strong sense of it's independent roots. The London office has a friendly and very collaborative vibe about it. It's compact enough for you to know who everyone is. Lionsgate has some fantastic, cutting edge and diverse content. A significant proportion of senior management are women.

Cons

Overheads and costs are managed very tightly.
