Pros

Great place to learn, work with multiple departments, and explore the world of entertainment.

Cons

The company is facing drastic organizational changes. Be flexible and prepared to either move around internally or explore other opportunities at the same time.

Pros

+ Feel valued as you're not just as another drone but welcomed and appreciated as an employee within the community + Encouragement of growth as a professional + Good healthcare plan and benefits + Great miscellaneous events (Screenings, Mixers etc.)

Cons

+ Physical office space is weird, very disconnected with other parts of the same department. + Long commute to SM (but that's LA, long commute everywhere)
