      Pros

      I have to say that I have my dream job, love the company, love everyone working there, and most important love the amazing product they have, amazing cutting edge technology, coolest autonomous maritime toy. It's great to be close to this amazing Web Gliders, swim with them and learn all the cool things they can do. I love my job!! and everyday I wake up looking forward my day at work.

      Pros

      The big idea. The ocean will be managed and monitored with automation, and this technology is key to making that real. Management has learned to focus, and the company is maturing on multiple levels. The company is a crossroad for multiple industries: oil & gas, defense, science, fisheries... and is as global as it's possible to be. Working with the ocean is awesome.

      Cons

      In creating a market, the company has had taken its hits. The business model has shifted, it has to prove itself constantly, and building a business opportunity that can close in a new market takes hard long hours of work. Because they're 24/7/365, problems with operations are not respectful of holiday or weekends, and the phone can ring at any time.
