I had good co workers

Cons

Poor pay. A lot of favortism. No growth. Poor communication. Lying staff. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time with LT. We put a lot of value in being transparent with our new hires and staff as a whole. Having been employed with us for less than a year you wouldn't have had the chance to receive increases or consideration for promotion however those who work hard and are committed to the company are afforded the opportunity for promotion and increased responsibilities. Sorry it didn't work out.

Engagement In A Standstill

Pros

This is a good starting position for mild tech position, bringing you toward the hardware part of IT and sales. There's ongoing changes with the perks and you actually are in meetings as well as trainings base upon their policies.

Cons

It becomes stale, stagnant form of engagement, lack of open communication with your future role in the company and little to be said about their initiative.
