Pros

Would no recommend for those who consider themselves as "top-talent" of their respective industry (i.e sales, tech). This is a good place to start your career if you're new out of school or need to build your resume and learn the inner workings of an office. The culture has a start-up feel to it.

Cons

This place is the epitome of wage-stagnation where raises are rare and very minimal. Job growth is low as well.

I had good co workers

Cons

Poor pay. A lot of favortism. No growth. Poor communication. Lying staff. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time with LT. We put a lot of value in being transparent with our new hires and staff as a whole. Having been employed with us for less than a year you wouldn't have had the chance to receive increases or consideration for promotion however those who work hard and are committed to the company are afforded the opportunity for promotion and increased responsibilities. Sorry it didn't work out.

Pros

A lot of overtime paid a half time higher than a regular hour. There is also a free lunch for every Saturday, and every Friday at the end of each month.

Cons

Wage is low. There is no such a good motivation to work harder.

Thank you for your review. Having worked with us for less than a year, you may not be aware that managers conduct annual performance appraisals at which time wage adjustments are considered based on performance - so performance does matter!
