Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not addressed when you were employed with Liquid Technology. The management team is very interested in employee input. All suggestions added to the suggestion box are documented and discussed among the management team (sadly we get very few suggestions), our annual engagement survey is designed to encourage input, and most important, honest communication with supervisors is strongly encouraged. I'm sorry you feel like this was not available to you. Unfortunately we can not implement every idea without looking at how it will affect the business as a whole. As a part time employee I suspect your insight into the full business picture was limited and therefore your suggestions may not have been feasible for implementation. Overall we appreciate your input and wish you the best of luck in your future.
