Pros

The engineers are all very smart and driven. Good benefits (free lunch, yoga, tai-chi). Small team environments allow for faster implementation of projects.

Cons

Business is limited to a few key companies. The sector is only driven by changes in IEEE specs. Not alot of room for upward movement.

Pros

LitePoint is a leader in the wireless factory test industry. Technically, it is a very innovative company, and continues to grow very rapidly. It offers very competitive salaries plus generous cash bonuses and stock awards. Lunch is free everyday! And lots of international travel!!

Cons

LitePoint was acquired by Teradyne in 2012. The environment is less informal than it used to be, possibly because of large parent company influence.
