Pros
Some of the smartest engineers you'll meet. Everyone is very passionate about what they do, company is on a growth spiral and is headed in the right direction with respect to their products. You get free lunch everyday and the benefits are great.
Cons
Very little to no process to induct new employees which makes one feel left out. No growth path people do the same thing for years with little flexibility to change roles. Lack of communication between teams causes a lot of rework, the extreme customer driven nature of the business causes some strain on work life balance.
