ESOP plan for a good retirement, always treated as a person, lots of opportunity for growth in responsibility and salary, great culture

Cons

Food manufacturer, so many jobs have to be done in a factory and can't be remote.

Pros

Benefits, Somewhat of a competitive salary. Overtime if you want it, bust also overtime if you don't want it.

Cons

Human resources is a joke. Nepotism is rampant. Mandatory overtime. Life/Work balance is less than desirable. No room for advancement. Sexism is part of the culture.
