Fellow co-workers are mostly good people because we are all in the same boat. Clean break room with always stocked up vending machines.

Cons

Terrible management, inexperienced management, low wages, no advancement, empty promises, long hours, denied vacation time, substandard health care, lack of integrity.

Cons

No management commitment. Does not follow its own policies. Lack of continuous improvement. Management will yell and talk over you to attempt to prove their point. Practice bullying tactics and retaliation if you disagree.

its a corporation that cares about none of their bottom end and they do not care about loyalty, you can do the work of 3 people you are still going to get a 3 on your annual raise, little feeling of value, thanks for the pizza though. p.s DEI is stupid
