      The benefits I got through Lithia were great and covered a lot of my medical needs and was very reasonable for how much they charged per paycheck (around $35 for an individual). I worked for a dealer owned by lithia and had a really good experience with the people I worked with. The people at corporate stayed out of the way most of the time which I appreciated. I was able to get transferred and promoted a couple times when I would make my case to management so there is room for growth.

      Cons

      With a large corporation you're just a number not a person so they don't necessarily have your best interest in mind. They try to pay you the lowest amount possible and the dealerships have lots of turnover. They don't invest in training their employees.

      Pros

      Free Clinic for HQ employees, Discounted Gym, Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Low Pay. Confusing job titles that translate to none of your actual skills. Management shoot down career opportunities or raises. Management give false hope to employees about future career opportunities until they don't need the employees anymore. A lot of reorganization and change in supervisors who usually don't know what their employees do which usually ends up in employees losing job.
