      Pros

      Productivity and commitment are rewarded. The opportunity for growth and advancement is there and individuals can move their career forward based on their abilities.

      Cons

      Organization is run with each dealership and GM having a lot of control over their own destiny. Corporate provides guidance, but it is really up to the managers in each store to make it happen. Good managers = good store, bad managers = bad store, you hope you're working for a good team.

      great place to work if you are motivated to better yourself and are willing to work to earn a better than average living ultimately the opportunity is there and you will get back what you put in to it .

      Pros

      I've worked in several departments at Lithia and have been given the opportunity in each one to grow my skill set and rise to the next level. It is an honest, professional group that is great to work for.

      Cons

      None that I can think of at this time. If you work hard every day, that will be rewarded over time.
