      Pros

      Some of the co-workers are easy to get a long with, the income potential is also a plus.

      Cons

      Very hard work for not enough pay. Management doesn't seem to care about the good employees. Management doesn't listen to employees to make things work more smoothly. If you're not ok with weather conditions, then this place is not a good idea. You feel the cold, the heat and everything in between.

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. They give good bonuses and good spifs. They do treat their employees very well. It is laid back

      Cons

      Long hours. They schedule you for 8 hours but usually you work more if there is a car deal. If you are home and a customer wants to look at a vehicle they will call you.

      Good Benefits, safe working environment.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours; hostile management. Don't ever call in sick or try to take time off for family. You might not have a job when you come back. Management is always changing the pay plan. Favoritism toward senior reps makes it impossible for new reps to succeed. Don't expect to get any training when you first start either.
