Management does not care about the office staff, only the sales staff since they bring the money in. Horrible place to work if you have a family and can't work hours over with only 20 minutes notice. The benefits aren't as good as comparably sized companies. They do not value quality employees and in turn have a very high turnover rate.

Basically they offer terrible health coverage. The regional managers don't care about anybody at all, they will smile and tell you one thing then go and make changes that are the complete opposite. This is the car business so I expect that sort of behavior at small dealers but a large public company? Totally unacceptable.
