      If you’re making a good career as a floor salesman, stay there and don’t think about being a manager.

      Pros

      one of the only large employers in the valley, so work there may be a necessity if you are tied to this area

      Cons

      Management does not believe in the professed values of happy, engaged employees. The corporate culture is weaponized to use and abuse employees, at least at support Services. Though, from what I hear from current workers working at the dealerships is even worse. Avoid if at all possible.

      Our company was acquired by an organization that claims to be humble and care about its employees but in actuality is an arrogant greed drive company with HR Practices whic border unethical. Could not find a Pro

      Too many to list. Major one is PTO and expensive benefits. No benefits for partners and no bereavement leave.
