Pros
Co-workers are friendly. Easy repetitive work. Can listen to headphones.
Cons
No Sick Leave, Poor PTO for hours worked. Management severely lacks proper leadership and communication skills. Raises after first 90 days are almost nonexistent (people with 10+ years of experience are payed the same, if not less, than a new hire with no experience). OT is constant 50+ hours a week, with Saturdays being voluntary, unless there aren't enough volunteers then it becomes mandatory. Changes to the production floor are made during the busy season when production is behind, forcing even more OT. Input, from people that are effected by said changes, is ignored. Team mentality is pushed even though management plays favorites. Safety issues submitted through proper channels are ignored if management doesn't want to deal with it. HR will always side with management on any issue.
