Pros

The work is fast paced so I'm never bored. There is always something to do. The crew greets each other and I immediately felt like part of a family. Not everyone likes each other all the time, but we all work together. The crew is easy to talk to and was very helpful when I was new. Any issues I have had, the manager and assistant managers listened, cared and did what they could to work with me, especially with scheduling issues.

Cons

Because it's so fast paced, if you aren't a fast worker, you probably won't promote. Regardless of quality, speed is an important factor. This company also doesn't offer any full time positions. You will only be able to work part time and will need a second job to earn living hours.

Pros

Good atmosphere; after a while everyone really starts to feel like a big family. stations are easy to learn its just a whole bunch of repetition after you've learned it all really. work hours are flexible; if your in school or you have other main priorities they emphasize with you and give you the shifts you actually want based upon your schedule, they have really stable schedules they don't like throwing you around like the dummy you feel you are working there, also the post schedules two weeks in advance and usually always give you your requested day off.

Cons

Busy sometimes you really don't even notice the time nor have the time to breathe. customers are ghetto literally, their a lot of low income families coming for our cheap pizzas, nothing wrong with it if it didn't come with a crap load more attitude, robberies, and homeless people leaking outside of your company doorstep. no hours HRs policies just get worse and worse regarding store hours considering how busy it is you'd think this wouldn't be a problem. pay raises, at the rare occasion you receive one for your efforts are only five cents oh joy let me go shopping now, what a way to make us feel appreciated. understaffed; the company takes away hours stating we don't have any but yet work is constantly busy and then throws all the hours on the general manager who is already over worked as is.

Pros

I had complete control over my schedule up to having twenty-eight hours per week. Another pro: quitting was quite satisfying.

Cons

I worked my butt off for three years with multiple managers telling me I was the hardest worker they had. I was never idle. I cleaned the walls if we weren't busy. I did all of this for minimum wage. It was my first job, and management kept telling me I was "lucky" to not be working at McDonald's or Walmart. They had me convinced. Much worse, I dealt with sexual harrasment for ALL of my last year. AND when I got a work related injury (pinched nerve from repetitive motion) I was told to not bother filing for workers' compensation.
