      Pros

      I don’t see any good outcome. It’s low paying for the time you will spend working as a general manager. If working your way up go for it just to get the General Manager title on your resume.

      Cons

      You will not get the hours needed to run a successful store. You will be expected to work as a crew member instead of a manager. You will make pizza and take orders all day because you will never get the labor hours needed to run with a full crew. You will be a high paid pizza maker washing dishes and mopping floors.
