No cons super easy job

Lies and deceit from upper management. Employees paid way to little for the workload. Manager has unreasonable amount of paperwork which most is the same thing over and over. Something in the store breaks. You report it they take forever to fix anything. Then they will take points off inspections for the things being broken. I worked all over Las Vegas covered MANY other managers at their stores. But when I got my own store nobody would help. I was improperly trained and they blamed it on me. I was a GM and only making 17.50 an hour. But had to be there a minimum of 50 hours a week. Constantly harassed by upper management. The kitchen was 95 degrees and I passed out one day. They didn't care. I had asked for fans and denied. Just a horrible experience all around.
