Work environment is average. The people that I work with make it really fun. Mostly all the assistant managers are lazy.

I would honestly just say some of the people I work with make it fun. Crazy bread is the only thing that we get a pretty huge discount on. Instead of $2.49 , we pay .54¢ but that's really it. Nothing fascinating.

Cons

Hours are horrible. First 5 hours was the most we were able to work & now they're starting to cut them down to like 3 or 4. That's not even working part time, it's like a quarter of part time. It's sucks. The manager only cares about receiving her bonus for saving labor. They're super stingy. The pay is super poorly.

Very flexible. Opportunity to move up and learn. Learn how to work under pressure.

Cons

Supervisors can expect a lot out of you. There is a lot of pressure though out the company with unrealistic expectations. Pay is minimum wage as would be expected. Management is not much higher than crew pay rate.
