      Free pizza, relaxed environment, free uniform.

      Cons

      Worked there for a week and worked my butt off, no joke. Came in next week and asked why I wasn't on the schedule. The boss fired me then and there, saying I was standing around and wasn't picking up the business quick enough. First of all they throw you on the line without any proper training. There are no benefits, it's only part time, no way to advance, and the pay is minimum. Anyway, the guy actually did me a favor because a week later I got a fulltime job paying 1.5 times more, with benefits, scheduled raises, and advancement possible. Thanks Little Caesar's!

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with, and the perks of free food (for every four hours worked). Quality of pizza was an emphasis, unlike many other Little Caesars in the chain.

      Cons

      No official breaks, and an always working, never slouching rule (from regional managers, when all they do is sit on their duffs).
