      Pros

      There is no pros for this job. Except MAYBE the health isurance (which you have to pay an arm and a leg for) after you hit more than 35 hours a week. This might be more of con...

      Cons

      Long work hours with no break, no discount or free food. Minimum wage for all the work you have to do, and assistant managers only made $0.35 more than regular employees. Childish, stingy/money hungry.

      getting work experience and able to move up in the job and helping the customers and helping out my coworkers

      Cons

      it is hot in the store and it really is not a lot of money but it is enough to get some of the bills paid wish it was cooler in the store
