Pros
Consistent hours, good teamwork if they are nice, predictable work, you can be switched around if you're not a cashier so you won't get too tired of one place.
Cons
They hire management from outside instead of qualified within so you have to deal with idiot new managers who you have to teach, Horrible being cashier since customers try to get free food and you will always be wrong, Very small room for raises, they screw over the hardest working employees by giving them night shifts (shorter hours, harder work) and morning shifts to lazy people (longer hours, almost no customers)
