Pros

You are simply doing the same thing over and over every time you go to work. Its all muscle memory after you get use to doing the work. The more you get use to it, the faster you'll become along with better skills coming with it as well.

Cons

Not many cons here. You go to work and socialize with friends and make money while your at it.

Pros

The work is fast paced so I'm never bored. There is always something to do. The crew greets each other and I immediately felt like part of a family. Not everyone likes each other all the time, but we all work together. The crew is easy to talk to and was very helpful when I was new. Any issues I have had, the manager and assistant managers listened, cared and did what they could to work with me, especially with scheduling issues.

Cons

Because it's so fast paced, if you aren't a fast worker, you probably won't promote. Regardless of quality, speed is an important factor. This company also doesn't offer any full time positions. You will only be able to work part time and will need a second job to earn living hours.

Shift leads only make 8$ Managers only make 10$ Work is extremely boring Might get scheduled 4 hours 7 days a week because business is slow in the mornings Always cutting labor because they can't pay their employees 25 cent raise after 5 months
