      Pros

      Its a good job for a first job, but not something you would want to have for a couple of years. Good company values. Not a very strict company.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. Unless your the general manager, you are part time no matter what. So not only is the pay horrible, you barely get any hours.

      Pros

      Pizza-making is easy and it's a fun environment. The owner let us make a free pizza during our shift and we were allowed to take home unsold breadsticks.

      Cons

      Got really sick of pizza. Primary language spoken by staff was Arabic. Little opportunity for advancement, became mundane after the first year. Minimum wage.

      Pros

      I found the job to be fun, that was probably the best part. Making pizzas was fun for a while. I even enjoyed doing prep work like cutting veggies, sorting chicken wings, bagging crazy bread.

      Cons

      Advancing in this company is extremely frustrating, at least at the location I worked out. Management did not care how well you performed, instead they promoted favorites even if they were not qualified. Working conditions were also insanely rough. My manager did not offer breaks, even on 8 hour shifts. The summer I worked there the air conditioner worked for about two days and they never cared to fix it. Overall it was hot, tiring, and frustrating.
