      Ok for a first time job but questionable management

      Pros

      When I was there, the people were nice. It was always fun to come into work and mess around a bit with friends. Halloween, even though relatively stressful because of the rush, was always fun because you got to dress up and we would host a little competition for who had the best costume.

      Cons

      The pay was…not that good, not even for managers. Not only that but it would be tough to climb up the ladder. But to be honest, for a first time it’s fine. Either way, would definitely advise looking for other jobs in town or around town for better pay, if that’s what you seek.

      Pros

      The employees and mgmt were, for the most part, pleasant and fun too work with. Management always pitched in and got down in the trenches doing anything and everything to help out when busy. We were allowed to take leftovers at end of day ....BEST PART OF JOB.

      Cons

      There is no P/T work. You will be called in for any hours up to 40 that you aren't already scheduled. The dough machines are super difficult for short people (5'2" or under) and keep you working for long periods of time on them kills you physically. Wages were pitiful for the actual amount of manual labor involved. All of the above causes monthly employee turnover.
