      Great Owners, great environment, and if done correctly the product is outstanding.

      Cons

      Pay for this franchise was 28,600. I worked no less than 60 hours a week.

      Pros

      A lot of work to do, so time goes by pretty fast. Decent enough hours and what not.

      Cons

      Can be hard to keep up with the pace. The work is a little above minimum wage in worth, in my opinion, but that's what they pay you nonetheless. Confused as to how there are so many older people here when the pay is so mediocre.

      great folks to work with and for, as a first time job, a part time job its well worth the working opportunity.

      Cons

      need to pay better for your general managers and shift managers. you get what you pay for. too much turn over in management, mainly over pay scale and well a general manager who lacked professionalism, and ethics training.
