Pros

I had my first job at Little Caesars. I worked there for close to 2 years. You get to work with and serve a vast array of people from may different backgrounds. The work environment at the store I worked as was very nice. There were bad days, but they were few and far between. Overall, I learned a ton during my time working at Little Caesars. I cherish the memories I made and often look back on how much I enjoyed toting the title: "Pizza Genius."

Cons

In any work environment you will experience bad eggs. Oftentimes these "bad eggs" do not last long, so any negative experience you might have with them is typically not long lasting. I found that treating everyone with respect and doing my job to the best of my abilities minimized any opportunity for negative experiences though.

Cons

Outdated software No ambition to improve Complacent staff No one cares Director who doesn't care Working with a bunch of interns who don't know any better. Your career will go flat. Don't take this job. They only do things their way and won't do anything to help you. They don't care about you.

Pros

I personally liked learning how to make pizzas and making the crazy bread. Also i got paid so that was nice too.

Cons

Some coworkers were rude just because youre new, one of them was kinds rude to me the first day but eventually was nice to me. the other one tho everytime i would ask her something she would answer "What?" in an extreme cold tone and wouldn't even make eye contact. That day though I had to close the store (which i wasnt supposed to and ill explain later on why) And I had to stay until 11:30 with that girl, and when we were alone she started acting nice like wow since u got no one to talk to now u talk to me aight snakey snake. Second thing, it was hard (for me) to keep up with everything since youre expected to learn how to make the pizzas, make the bread, cut and fold the boxes. And youre changing stations every 10 minutes if not 5. Hardest part for me was the cashier part, you have to make money drops almost every 15 minutes which i found annoying because it doesnt let you take any more orders unless you drop the money, and at the end of the day you have to do a report on all the sales you did and you have to leave $50 in the cash register, exactly $50 because last time i left 14 cents in and they got kinda mad.🙄 Also you sometimes have these impatient customers who roll their eyes and scoff whenever you tell them their order would take about 10 minutes, like bro its not my fault you decided to order a complicated pizza. Anyways, im 17 im considered a minor, im still going to high school. They did know this and they did respect it and didnt make me use the cutting machines. HOWEVER!!!!! In both my paper and online applications I specifically put from 5pm to 9pm, which is 4 hours, man..part time!! BUT NOO!!!!! They gave me from 5pm to 11:30 pm, which not only made me fail my classes because i had no time to do my homework. It was kinda my fault for not telling them i couldnt close but 🤷🏻‍♀️ If your asked to close make sure you dont have to wake up at 6am the next day :) Because instead of leaving at 11:30 you end up leaving at 12am bc they just make you clean and only you! I quit on like the beginning of the 3rd week bc it honestly wasnt worth the pain I went through (physically and mentally) for only $7.25 an hour. OH YEAH I FORGOT, They messed up my first check and I ended up getting paid $0.00 :) I had to wait the next two weeks to get my check.
