Pros

Fast passed, flexible, good for a teen going to school

Cons

I had a hard time getting my full hours and as soon as our rush died down I was told I could go home. I was doing the job of four people most of the time. I was payed $7.25 and prepped dough, pizzas, was cashier for the store and drive thru often at the same time.

Pros

Free pizza and bread sticks for lunch

Cons

The only good thing about working at Little Caesars was the free pizza . Other than that everything was terrible. I had to put up with managers making fun of my name and my age and even sexual harassment from one of my male managers!! They wanted me to work everyday, 29 hours a week, and they called me in whenever someone called out. Which was often. Then one day they told me they were going to write me up for "going to the bathroom too much", when in reality I was washing my hands like you're supposed to!! While other people who would call out often, and sometimes not even show up, would not get a write up. The worst part was the comanager was extremely emotional. When ever somebody rolled their eyes or sounded even a little bit disrespectful she would throw a huge fit and threatened to send you home. Then, on the days when she wasn't there, the assistant managers had no idea what they were doing. They would put people on the "pizza bar" making the pizzas, who have never done it before. It would be Friday night dinner rush with 100 people in line and no hot and ready pizzas. The orders would get messed up, lost, burnt, everything you could think of. Then I would have to tell the customers what happened, and there was no explanation except that the managers were idiots. Almost every weekend me and the other cashiers were left in tears from the customers yelling and cursing us out. They go through employees so fast that the only people still working there are felons. In fact one coworker stole money from the register while another coworker was signed in and then blamed them for it!! Then later robbed somebody else right from their pocket !! Absolutely terrible experience. Do not let your child work here. Don't even bother with this place.
