      Flexible scheduling, fun, nice people, several opportunities for promotion, easy to ask for days off or call off,

      Cons

      You need to work hard and be fast, and I mean really fast, minimum 25 hours a week if you're at decent pace, pay is ok, it gets really REALLY hot during summer, you get dirty very easily and smell of rusty oven, cheap registers and overall technology, company is EXTREMLY greedy,

      *learn many new skills with new tools *shift leaders get payed over $10 an hour. *Osha saftey guidlines and rules followed. *uniforms cleaned at work for you. *breaks often and sometimes full hour lunches. *Learn to care for dough, the trade of a baker. *flexible hours with 24 hr notice. *cool off during work in walk in freezer. *Safe, foolproof equipment. *Overtime pay often for good and willing employees. *Customers actually like you for prompt service and honesty. And who could forget the free pizza that comes your way sometimes :)!!!!!

      *Gets very fast paced. *Gets quite warm. *must handle hot pans or food. *low starting wages. *Conflict in schedule may lead to unwanted or unscheduled workdays.
