      Pros

      The work is pretty easy, you can usually pick a schedule that works for you, free pizza, employees are easy to manage since the work is easy.

      Cons

      The daily task are exactly the same everyday, you can expect a lot of down time during the week, the location I worked at had a few maintenance problems (broken a/c in the lobby, air vents that leak when it rains) that were never fixed even after the owner was informed.

      Pros

      Free pizza, relaxed environment, free uniform.

      Cons

      Worked there for a week and worked my butt off, no joke. Came in next week and asked why I wasn't on the schedule. The boss fired me then and there, saying I was standing around and wasn't picking up the business quick enough. First of all they throw you on the line without any proper training. There are no benefits, it's only part time, no way to advance, and the pay is minimum. Anyway, the guy actually did me a favor because a week later I got a fulltime job paying 1.5 times more, with benefits, scheduled raises, and advancement possible. Thanks Little Caesar's!

      Pros

      Owner was very generous, took store managers to monthly trips and a yearly manager trip. Made own schedule.

      Cons

      Little to no overtime, no real advancement opportunities after store manager if in a franchise ran operation,
