The pay is not streamlined. Start pay is $8.00/hr. The weekly labor a store is allotted is based on an average employee wage of $11.00. This puts undue stress on the entire team, from management to crew members. In this location breaks were not standard. Full 8+ hour shifts were worked without breaks, including breaks to eat.
