Flexible hours, small business so you're not just an employee #, fun atmosphere of workers, good customers, and great products.

Cons

Hard to have weekends off. Can't eat dinner or lunch at a proper time while working. Stand on your feet for long periods of time, usually 4-9 hours.

Prejudice, Too much politics, this shops motto is hard work doesn't matter as long as your boss likes you, Just like any politicians the owners promise alot of things but never follow through. take advantage of hardworking people and undermines the employee's. Not allowed to take breaks unless we clock out but in restaurant business we can't clock out most of the times because we are always busy.

great folks to work with and for, as a first time job, a part time job its well worth the working opportunity.

Cons

need to pay better for your general managers and shift managers. you get what you pay for. too much turn over in management, mainly over pay scale and well a general manager who lacked professionalism, and ethics training.
