Pros
I actually like training people that are new to the work force, such as a teenager starting their first job. The only thing about the job was my team members.
Cons
Slow to give pay raises on promotions. They still expect you to the job. I have been certified for over three months and my pay raise never came. I am not even authorized in the computer to do basic manager functions and it is just embarrassing. My general manager would reduce the employees' hours that were doing badly to her and increase everyone else's, but wouldn't help pick up the slack when needed.
