Pros

Great Co-Workers Unique company and business Lots of business growth potential Good Benefits Good flexibility

Cons

Careers paths are often very unknown. Upper management roles more frequently filled from the outside in recent years Lack of Diversity, just check out the management profiles on LN investors site. Lack of training and education for entry and mid career employees Under-support and underinvest in technology Pay is intentionally targeted in the 25th percentile range

Culture of Fear

Pros

Free concert tickets weekly!

Cons

This company operates under a culture of fear. That's typically how anything gets done. Employees are expected to jump through several hoops of approval to ensure that senior managers don't get their egos hurt in order to make any progress. If senior management doesn't like you, it's common knowledge within the company that you won't be around much longer. Professionalism is important and rare within these walls. It's a very cliquey environment. You will absolutely succeed if you don't have any original ideas and if you enjoy submitting to mediocre leadership while also nurturing fragile egos.
