Free concert tickets Nice company parties No micromanagement Good office location in the heart of Hollywood

Cons

Where to start management is disorganized, every 2 years there is a change in management and new managers try to bring their own team to survive, ecommerce team is way inorganized , there is no communication from her to the team.No appreciation of talent , Very LOW salaries compared to other companies, NO BONUSES or RAISES. Few concerts tickets won't pay the bills.
