Pros

Great industry to work in Free access for you and a guest to most concerts at company-owned ampitheatres Ok salary

Cons

No communication from management Inexperienced management for a company this large $4-5 billion in annual revenues, yet the company has never made a profit Executives hoard all bonuses and stock awards No performance evaluations or goal-setting processes All talented people flee this organization as fast as they can

Pros

Casual clothes work policy and great pay if you know the right people.

Cons

The leadership team lacks vision, does not stay the course on stated goals, lacks trust in their management team and is an example of the worst of favoritism. I can say that as I both benefited and suffered due to this particular trait of the corporate culture.

Pros

Pros are pretty obvious - you get to see amazing artists, work around other like-minded individuals, and create amazing experiences.

Cons

The company thrives on employee turnover. It is very difficult to move up to a full-time position. They will keep you on part-time for as long as possible until you basically leave yourself knowing that you will not be given a full-time role. The company has terrible HR so do not expect any help from them. You will be asked to do many things outside of your job description, and you will be asked to work last-minute and expected to comply even tho you are only being paid part-time. Basically, they try to squeeze as much as they can out of you while giving you the minumum pay possible and they seem to look for people who do not understand corporate america or their work rights.
