Pros

Fun exciting position, lots going on lots to see and experience

Cons

Extremely long hours without brakes. Low Pay, at times unsafe work situations assigned to stay for long times in hot noisy areas of venue. Little to no feedback on performance. Treated as second class employee regarding the little things or extra perks.

Perks like occassional free concert tickets were awesome. 401k and benefits were good.

Cons

Parking wasn't great at the location I was at.

- Great managers and well defined business operations - Clear Job Roles and excellent training - Concert tix are a perk! - Flexibility in scheduling - Live Nation values diversity and the company stepped up to assist people in the entertainment industry during the pandemic

Cons

- Decent pay but could be better - Hours available aren't usually enough for full-time work, but great part time job
